Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
How to Cancel
- You can request cancellation by contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.
- Our team will confirm the cancellation status within 24 hours.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the cancellation is successful, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders that are already shipped or out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
- Customized or special-order products are not eligible for cancellation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Repeated cancellations may lead to restriction of COD services for the customer.
COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
